The Department of Family, Consumer and Nutritional Sciences offered a Bachelor of Arts in the following categories: Family and Consumer Science, Fashion Merchandising, Foods and Nutrition in Business, Foods and Nutrition: Science, Food Service Management, and Apparel Design. Also offered was a minor in Family Life, Foods, Nutrition, and Foodservice Management. The Department was part of the School of Business and Professional Studies. This department was restructured in 2011 to create the Department of Apparel, Merchandising and Design; at that time the Nutrition Major was moved to the Exercise Science Department.
