The nursing associate degree material includes brochures, self-study reports along with clippings about the program and the students.

The nursing department material is heavily based on the bachelors degree. This set of materials covers a wide array of topics, including administrative documents, presidential correspondence, program history, NCLEX tests and items from the National League for Nursing. Along with this are materials concerning St. Mary's merger, various hospitals, curriculum and a variety of reports done related to this degree.

The graduate degree consists of material for both the masters and nurse practitioner program. The documents include course proposals, program development, department philosophy and brochures. There is also correspondence, projects, reports and various administrative documents.
