This subseries contains correspondence with vendors and others providing items for sale in the St. Leo Shop, as well as vendor catalogs, material samples, and invoices for items purchased by the shop. Especially of note are correspondence regarding various Madonna statues (2 boxes) and related to Bethune's interest in, and importation of, books written by Maria Montessori and other materials related to the Montessori Method (3 boxes).
