This series contains documents about Abigail McCarthy's involvement with St. Catherine's. There is information about her time on the Board of Trustees, the Abigail Quigley McCarthy Center for Women's Research, Resources and Scholarship. In addition to this there are various awards and degrees that were given to her. The original manuscripts of "Private Faces, Public Places" and "One Woman Lost" are also available. This includes copies that have proof notes, reader's sets and the different versions. There is also a copy of "Private Faces, Public Places." This series also contains a wide array of documents including her personal correspondence, biography, death and funeral. There are also photographs and tapes.
