3.2 Home and Property Records

Ade Bethune kept very complete personal records and donated many of them to the Archives with her other materials. Because these materials include mostly private records, they have been only minimally processed (arranged alphabetically by subject in four subseries categories) and are currently restricted. They may be further processed in the future. The subseries records include financial and legal records (bank statements, tax forms, insurance papers, etc.), health and medical records (dietary journals, medical procedures, health insurance, etc.), home and property records (insurance and taxes, rental properties, home maintenance projects, office equipment and car information, etc.), and informational files (subject folders such as apples, baseball, bus schedules, weather hazards, recycling and composting, Flemish Americans, etc.) which were created by Bethune for her personal reference.
