Contents Note
This collection contains the records of the Phi Beta Kappa, Gamma of Minnesota Chapter at St. Catherine Universit. The earliest documents, dating from 1921-1938, relate to the initial application to Phi Beta Kappa and the subsequent installation of the chapter. Other records, dating from 1938 to the present day, include meeting agendas and minutes, committee meeting minutes, financial records, membership lists, and publicity pertaining to the chapter's activities.
Items of note include governing documents, such as drafts of the chapter's constitution; details on speakers who visited the campus as part of Phi Beta Kappa's Visiting Scholars program; and the membership register that contains signatures of initiates from 1938 to the present day.
