This part of the collections includes articles that she wrote for a variety of publications. There is emphasis placed on the magazine, "Commonweal" as she was a columnist there. In addition to this there are short stories that she wrote. It also contains news clippings from various sources, including national and St. Catherine publications. They are primarily about her books but also look at her time as Senator Eugene McCarthy's wife and what she did once they separated.
