Also offered was a minor in Family Life, Foods, Nutrition, and Foodservice Management. The Department is part of the School of Business and Professional Studies. This department was restructured in 2013 to create the Department of Apparel, Merchandising and Design; at that time the Nutrition Major was moved to the Exercise Science Department.
