The History, Geography, and Political Science Collection contains materials made by and pertaining to the department and its predecessors. The material dates from the 1950's to the early 2000's but with some departmental histories listing instructors and courses back to 1914. Materials include departmental meeting records, departmental reports, correspondence, guest-lectures, statistics on minors and majors, course descriptions and proposals, photographs of faculty, and some promotional materials. There are also papers from the Classics Department and mention of international relations classes.
